Profile: The littlest guide to the inferno!
It has been nearly 2.5 years since I’ve brought a ball joint doll… I recently got a promotion and chose to celebrate with the tiniest Sweet Dream Nana! I was delighted she came with her little star fairy outfit by Kaori Saito. What a treat!
Profile: Hermione & Lysander’s youngest sibling arrived at the Blastmilk Orphanage on August 6th. “Sasya” is scratched on the inside of the headcap. Which makes me think (duh) that they resculpted right off of a Sasya head. Awesome.
I know ya’ll know what this girl means to me. The fact that she was made at all is such a stunner that I’m completely gobsmacked and have been since I found out about the release.
First, I’d like to thank Lyssa, who encouraged me to put up the petition and is one of Sasya’s biggest fans. And the 111 people who signed it! Then I’d like to thank Elizabeth D. for putting in for her on my behalf at the NY Dolpa 2. Anika for taunting me with beautiful pictures of Roselynde for the past three or more years. And of course Volks: Kyon for designing Sasha, and Valico for reinterpreting her exquistely as Masha; Kaori Saito (Left Thimble) for her heartbreakingly wistful dress design, and Mr. Shigeta for smiling and accepting my petition even though he didn’t know a word I was burbling to him.

And introducing wee Miss Cymbeline… Saint Trinian’s little sister, and a Chibi Unoa “Lilin” who magically arrived the day after Christmas!
Introducing: Pomona! She is an Alice in Labyrinth “Chloe” head in white resin. I think her and Ermengarde should run away together and join the circus… sadly, they’re both just heads living on borrowed bodies.

Exploding with delight! I never thought this day would come… but Alchemic Labo in partnership with Crescent Shop are staging an all you can eat preorder for the Chibi Unoa released in extreme limitation earlier this year.
Note: You need to set up an account with Crescent Shop to place a preorder with them.
Several new Alice (of Wonderfland fame) coming down the pipes… the catch is that they are LE or very hard to get. Sad meh!

Lets hope we can look forward to more easily available Alices and Friends next year with Tim Burton’s release “Alice in Wonderland.” Both Tonner and Medicom are slated to collections related to the film!

The heater is on, the rain is around the corner and the tomato plants are drying up. Its Halloween!
We’ve also had a new addition to the family, Elfdoll Hana Devil… mew! She was a surprise from Mr. Kallisti who bought her from an online friend in need. (Hugs to Leah! Hana Devil is in loving hands!) Little imp doesn’t have a name, and she wants to be a girl but she needs some pigtails or sumfin. But I’ve been pining for this tiny since it was released, and I’m just floored with the gorgeous delicacy of the faceups on all four faceplates. Wowie.
